Meet Terry
Hi, I'm Terry Hecko! I've spent my entire career in sales and customer service, with a strong passion for real estate. I first earned my Real Estate Sales license in 1989 and later took my expertise to the next level by obtaining my Associate Broker's license in 2016. I love working with both buyers and sellers, helping them navigate the market with confidence. To stay sharp and up-to-date, I've completed courses for several Realtor designations, including RENE, ABR, MRP, and RSPS.
I've called the beautiful Cheboygan area home since 1990 and have always been involved in the community. Over the years, I've served on the Cheboygan Country Recreation Board, the Bishop Baraga Advisory Board, and as a Cheboygan Chamber of Commerce Ambassador.
When I'm not working with clients, you can find me volunteering at the Cheboygan Opera House, quilting with the Rivertown Patchworker's Quilt Guild, or spending quality time with family. Whether you're buying, selling, or just want to chat about the local market, I'd love to connect!
