About Loren Musilek

In 1997, I sold my pharmaceutical packaging business in Farmington Hills, Michigan, and made the move "up north." My wife and I wanted to live in beautiful Northern Michigan, and we found our home in the Charlevoix Country Club community. After taking a year off, I decided to venture into real estate to list and sell property in an area that we loved. I had found my calling!

 

Helping buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals became a passion of mine. Each seller's property is unique and requires creative marketing strategies, and each buyer brings their own set of needs to be met; I love offering solutions to the challenges each brings to the table.

 

What I especially enjoy is sharing the Northern Michigan experience with buyers who are looking to purchase their second or retirement home in the Charlevoix area. Being able to share the Charlevoix Country Club experience is even better! The community is booming with neighbors ranging from young families to retirees, and the amenities include a beautiful golf course, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and an upscale pub. I truly love where I live and play, and I'm excited to share that with others.

 

When I'm not helping homebuyers and sellers, I enjoy traveling and duck hunting. I also co-founded the Charlevoix Club, a non-profit organization whose purpose is to financially support charitable and educational efforts in the Charlevoix area.
