Lee is married to his wife Liz, whose family has been in northern Michigan for generations, and they have three children who attend Harbor Springs schools.
Apart from his professional accomplishments, Lee is also an accomplished athlete. He played soccer and was the captain of his community college team. He has also coached soccer at both high school and club levels. Lee is a dedicated volunteer and has been actively involved with the Tip of the Mitt Watershed Council and the Little Traverse Conservancy for over 10 years.
