I'm licensed in Michigan and Florida, with a special focus on Northern Michigan's unique shoreline communities and the Florida Keys. Whether I'm helping someone sell a long-loved home, discover a peaceful vacation retreat, or evaluate a short-term rental investment, my first step is always the same: listen. Understanding your story allows me to customize a strategy that supports not only your real estate goals, but the life you envision beyond them.

My overall philosophy emphasizes relationships over transactions and value over pressure. I have attended conferences and trainings that support this approach. I've combined this training with extensive education in short-term rental investing and management, attending national conferences studying all things STR. This blend of expertise allows me to offer strong market insight paired with a thoughtful, low-stress client experience. Before real estate, I spent years in education, which shaped the way I serve today. I naturally lean toward helping people feel informed and confident-teaching, coaching, and breaking down each step so you always know what comes next. My goal is not simply to help you with your real estate transactions, but to make the process feel manageable, meaningful, and aligned with your best interests.
