Meet Jack
I am a hometown boy, born and raised on a small farm in Hebron Township in Cheboygan County where I still live with my wife Marie. My interest in real property began years ago as the Hebron Township Supervisor then as the Cheboygan County property assessor. This led me to my first job selling real estate in 1982 for Century 21 Baldwin Real Estate and just a few years later becoming the broker owner of that company. As Century 21 Douglas & Associates, I built a new office on the Cheboygan River where I conducted a successful real estate business for 35 years. In 2012, I sold the business to Prudential Preferred Properties later named Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. I currently work at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices as an Associate Broker and received the Leading Edge Society and Honor Society awards for outstanding sales performance. I was named the Water Wonderland Board of Realtors 2021 Realtor of the Year for outstanding leadership and expertise in the industry.
