About Carol Gargaro

Licensed in 1987, Carol Gargaro has been involved in the family real estate business since she was a child.

A lifetime in real estate sales and property management led her to become a real estate agent. Trained to honor her handshakes like they were binding contracts, to always put the needs of her clients before her own, and to apply the work ethic of previous generations, Carol is an experienced real estate professionals.

Her skill set includes finding the perfect home for that first-time home buyer, luxury cottage to the financial understanding of any real estate investment as well as the technical knowledge of all aspects of house construction, remodeling and rental aspects.

But most of all, she understands people. With a constant smile and a caring attitude, Carol shows what it’s like to work with someone who lives, breathes, and truly loves her job.

When she’s not working, Carol enjoys the beauty of Harbor Springs and Northern Michigan playing golf, walking with her friends and enjoying and relaxing on the boat with her husband, Bob.

With a life-long interest in houses and design, Carol’s passion for real estate combined with her organizational skills. When not working, Carol enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and being active outside with her husband and their rescue dog DAX and two adult kids. enjoys walking, cooking, boating, golfing, shopping and traveling.
