Managing BrokerBill Dickson is a distinguished and experienced real estate professional, who has been serving the Northern Michigan area for over four decades. He first moved to Harbor Springs in 1978 after spending 10 years as a residential and commercial loan officer with a national bank in Detroit. Since then, he has been involved in various aspects of the real estate industry, including sales, development, and property management.
For 12 years, Bill owned and operated a successful property management firm that specialized in vacation rentals and a real estate brokerage that serviced northwest Michigan. He has been involved in the development and sales of many popular local condominium resort properties.
Bill is committed to being an active member of his community and has served on the Downtown Business Development Committee in Harbor Springs. He also provides strong support for the local area chambers of commerce.
