She offers over 43 years of sales experience and has worked extensively with buyers and sellers across a wide range of property types, making her a highly capable negotiator in any setting.

Barb began her real estate career in Vail, Colorado, and now practices in Northern Michigan, where she specializes in waterfront properties and golf communities. She is an active member of several local organizations, including the Walloon Lake Association and the Chamber of Commerce, and volunteers at numerous community events. Barb is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Women's Council of Realtors, and she serves as an appointed member of the Emmet Association of Realtors Tribunal Committee.
